Filipe Funenga

Hired in 2015. Qualified Portuguese patent, trademark, and design attorney. Registered European trademark and design attorney.
Filipe's main legal areas of expertise are computer-implemented, electrical, and mechanical inventions. Filipe holds an MSc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
Before joining Håmsø, Filipe worked as a patent attorney at Clarke, Modet & Co. in Lisbon and as a scientific researcher at the Institute for Systems and Robotics in Lisbon.
As a qualified patent attorney, Filipe has extensive experience in all matters related to patent protection and its internationalization. He has assisted numerous inventors in navigating every stage of the patenting process, both in Norway and abroad.
Working languages are English and Portuguese. Basic knowledge of Norwegian and Spanish.
