When an application or a registered trademark is to be transferred to a new applicant/proprietor, the transfer must be documented by the submission of a declaration of transfer from the old proprietor to the new proprietor. The submitted document must be an original declaration or a certified copy.

At transfer to a new proprietor a new Power of Attorney from the new proprietor to the patent agency should be submitted as well.
